A lovely morning in most areas with just some cloud in Southern counties. Saw some swans flying on the Barrow again this morning but thankfully all safely landed today?‬

Up to 20c today (April 25th) with good sunny spells and just odd shower in Southern areas. Make the most of today as it’s downhill from here for a while with cooler and unsettled weather coming.

Latest HIRLAM charts showing small risk of a shower today (April 25th) and increased risk tomorrow with some heavy showers possible in afternoon. Warm again today up to 20c.

The weather charts continue to show a trend to more unsettled and cooler weather towards end of month. I wouldn’t be too worried about lockdown for May Bank Holiday, it’s not looking great.
