☀️DRY AND SETTLED WEEK TO COME
☔️SOME RAIN IN THE SOUTH THIS WEEKEND
?BECOMING WARMER THROUGH MIDWEEK
The good news is that our spell of very settled weather looks set to continue throughout next week with dry and sunny weather once again developing widely across the country, with temperatures reaching up to 20 degrees Celsius in some parts through the midweek period.
In the meantime today has begun rather dry and settled for most, with some good spells of hazy sunshine. However cloud and rain will develop over the south and southeast of the country soon, gradually extending a little father North into the south Midlands during the afternoon and evening. Some heavy bursts are possible near coastal areas of the south and southeast, though many areas will remain dry throughout.
Similar conditions are expected tomorrow, Saturday and Sunday, with some cloudier weather likely overall with some outbreaks of rain near southern coastal areas in particular and on Irish Sea coasts. Elsewhere remaining rather dry and settled though cooler than of late with highs of 15-17 degree Celsius.
As mentioned previously I expect dry, settled and warmer weather to return through much of next week with little or no rain forecast. This exceptionally dry period however does bring with it the risk of wildfires in parts of the country, with caution advised.
Kindest regards as always,
