Whether you’re from voluntary community groups like Active Retirement or Men’s Sheds, staff in community-based support organisations, professionals in the health and fitness industry, or involved in organising activity programmes, these workshops are designed to empower you. Our suite of workshops is tailored to enable participants to plan and lead sociable, health-enhancing physical activities for older adults.
