Questioning feelings on the history and building structures of some of Laois Heritage & tourist places, Heart is a choreographic investigation inspired by Trisha Brown’s (Post-Modern dance choreographer, dancer) idea of integrating performing and visual arts with the use of improvisation. Heart has also been inspired by one the first Jesuit priests to live in Emo Court, Father Francis Browne, a well-known photographer who captured life and decisive moments during the first half of the 20th century.
