Summer in Laois Part 1

Get Your Kids Moving This Summer With Cúl Camps!

It’s that time of year again. Once school ends in a few weeks’ time, your children will be bored and their eyes will be glued to a screen. However the annual Cúl Camps are back at it again to help you get your kids off of their iPads and onto a pitch instead!

If you aren’t familiar with Cúl Camps it is a 5 day programme, for boys and girls aging between 6-13. It is very much sports based and is full of different activities that encourage teamwork and movement. Kids love them and they haven’t failed to sell out every year.

So much for your kids to see and do in Laois

It costs 60 euro for 1 child to attend. A backpack, jersey and jumper are all included in the initial cost. This year the design of the merchandise is blue, orange and neon yellow with a chevron like pattern. Please note that any gear {like helmets, hurls etc.} will be provided.

Mia O’Malley who attended the camp a few years ago said:

“I would recommend the camp to others because you learn a lot and it’s really enjoyable.”
“The coaches were really cool because they play/played for Laois or a different team so they are experienced.” “I enjoyed it so much that I’m going again this year!”

Loads of Cul fun to be had locally

And there we have it. You can book a camp online via their website. And with 34 camps in Laois, your kids are guaranteed to have a great Summer!
