Storm Francis has officially been named and is now the second named Atlantic storm to affect the country inside the past two weeks. Further damaging winds of between 110-120 km/h are likely in Munster and South Leinster, with rainfall totals of up to 30-50 mm likely leading to river flooding and localised flooding in places.
The storm will affect the country between 23:00 tonight and 14:00 tomorrow.
