“The Laois Local Community Safety Partnership is committed to improving community safety across the county. This consultation will help us to uncover the areas of concern for Laois residents with regards to community safety. This will ensure that the Laois Community Safety Plan will include all areas of community safety. We hope to see as many people there as possible.”
The Laois Local Community Safety Partnership is also encouraging members of the public to complete its Laois Community Safety Survey. Survey responses will also inform the priorities, actions, and long-term vision for community safety across Laois. Access the survey here.
The Laois Local Community Safety Partnership was established in 2025 and brings together government agencies, local services, voluntary organisations, councillors, and community members to work collectively on issues that matter most to Laois residents. It replaces the previous Joint Policing Committees and introduces a more inclusive, community-driven approach.
