Results-Port minors played in the Eire Og Leinster Minor Tournament but were defeated in the 1/4 finals by Ferbane/Belmont by 3pts. Lack of game time since Season’s end didn’t help on the day.
General Notes-Congratulations to Colm Murphy who received his award for Laois Minor Footballer of the Year on Friday November 21 in the Heritage Hotel Portlaoise at the Laois GAA Awards Night.
Dinner Dance-Portarlington GAA Dinner Dance will be held on January 31 2015 at 7.30pm in The Heritage Hotel Killenard .Tickets are €35 per person and music is by EPIC with a disco till late. Tickets can be paid off weekly or in full, as monies will be collected in the meeting room in the Centre between 8-9pm on a Tuesday night.
