Annual General Meeting
Our Annual General Meeting was held on December 10th in the Community Centre. We were very pleased to deliver a positive set of results to our members. The meeting proposed the payment of 0.50% dividend and 15% Interest rebate. Both dividend and interest rebate are added to the members shares with the option of using the rebate to transfer against the loan balance. In many cases this gives the member 2 or 3 free weeks around the Christmas period. This is a very welcome boost to many members at this time when there are a lot of demands on Money. The interest rebate also makes our loans a very attractive product.
Christmas Savings Club
We have just completed year 2 and once again the Christmas savings club has been an outstanding success. It allows members to prepare for Christmas well in advance. We had more than 1000 members saving regularly. If you haven’t joined our Savings club perhaps you might consider doing so for next year. A little saving on a weekly basis can create a nice fund for Christmas.

Cash Draws
Our Cash Draw for surplus funds took place at our AGM. We had a prize fund of €16,500. We would like to congratulate the following winners: John Molloy, Fiona Michelle Fitzmaurice, Lisa Shiels, Andrew Mooney, Connor Dunne, Sean & Mary Foster, Derek Ward, Niall McElwaine, Sarah Kinsella, Sinead Walsh, Narek Ragucki, Thomas Hoey and Dermot Carey
Our normal quarterly draw took place on Saturday December 12th. Once again the total prize fund for this draw was be €18,000. Congratulations to the following winners: Arthur Bryan Jnr, John Stronge, Anne Fennelly McLaughlin, Paul Byrne & Nadine Conlon, Una Mary Fitzpatrick, Lisa Sheils, Maureen Molloy.
That’s a total of €34,500 and 21 lucky members as prize winners. What a way to start Christmas.
