Ossory Cycling Club hits Giro
Rathdowney’s finest cyclists; Ossory Cycling Club, are putting on a bus to Dublin on Sunday 11th May to see the final stage of the Giro d’Italia . There will loads to see and do for the Laois pedallers once they arrive in Dublin’s fair city.The Irish cycling show will be on in and around Merrion Square. This is right beside the viewing point for the finish of this gruelling race; second only behind the Tour de France in terms of prestige. There will also be loads of family activities, food stalls and coffee (Italian one presumes) in the square.
