The Christmas Brochure for Mountmellick Library is out! Christmas Story times at 3pm and Parent and child Christmas crafts from 2-4pm on Friday 2^nd, 9^th and 16^thDecember.

We will be showing either Elf or Santa Clause 3-the Escape Clause! Vote by phone, Facebook or in person for which one you would like to see on Tuesday 20^th December!

We will also be doing a very special Christmas tree this year. Wish your library would have a special book in stock or an event you would like to see-write your library wish down on one of the paper decorations, hang it on our Christmas wishing tree and throughout 2017 we will try and grant your library wish!

Don’t judge a book by its cover…but what about its first lines. “The gunman is useless. I know it. He knows it. The whole bank knows it” or “This is a thing I’ve learned: Even with a gun to my head, I am capable of being convulsed with laughter”. Intrigued-come to Mountmellick Library!

The Gallery at Mountmellick Library is delighted to host an exhibition of photography by Derek Griffin. All are welcome to come view this stunning collection until Wednesday 30^th November.

Keep calm and colour in! The Adult Colouring Group meet in Mountmellick Library every Thursday morning at 10.30 a.m. All are welcome to drop in!
