Leaving Certificate English Exam workshops in Mountmellick Library- one hour per week over 4 weeks. These will be led by a Leaving Cert mock examiner and will teach students about key mistakes made in answering exam questions. Places are limited and booking is essential-call 057-8644572.

“The Gallery at Mountmellick Library is delighted to hold the exhibition “A Praxis of The Mind” by Inguna Mainule for the month of January. The artist is currently studying Fine Art in DIT but draws her inspiration from Co. Laois where she lives and works. The works are in a wide range of media focusing mainly on colour and texture. The exhibition will be available to view from Wednesday 8th January and all are welcome.
Keep calm and colour in! The Adult Colouring Group meet in Mountmellick Library every Thursday morning at 10.30 a.m. All are welcome to drop in!
