A high of 12.7c at my station today and another dry day here in Carlow. A cloudy but mainly dry start to the night however some light rain and drizzle will arrive in the West and move inland. A nice sunset over Carlow again this evening.

Tomorrow will start odd dull with some patchy drizzle but sunny spells developing in the Southeast and getting up to 14c. Cooler with latch rain in West and North.

The longer range weather models continue to show cold weather for the weekend with risk of some very cold nights.
