The purpose of business planning has many elements. It provides a clear direction for the business in terms of achieving its goals. It helps the business owner crystallize all the thoughts and ideas for the business, and form them into a path to success. This one day ‘ How to Write a Business Plan’ session will give the participants the knowledge and tools to be able to write an effective business plan for their business. This plan should then be the blue print of how their business will not only succeed , but thrive and grow over the years to come.
