Thursday 3^rd September – Thursday 5^th November (10 mornings)

The aim of this course is to provide participants with the knowledge to use Sage Line 50 Accounts to record all their business transactions and extract relevant management reports to run their business more effectively.

Learn the importance of having a Business Plan and all the tips and hints in writing one!

This programme is designed to inform participants for the need to have a plan, in particular a business plan. The course will cover the importance of strategic planning, the concept of a business idea, SWOT Analysis, Market Research and Marketing plan, Operations and Controls Systems and Management, The Financial Plan and Top Hints and tips in writing a Business plan.

This course will give small business owners the confidence to approach marketing their business for next to nothing cost-wise. It focuses on how small businesses can grow brand awareness through practical hardworking tips.
