Portarlington Community Centre Ltd, (PCC) wish to open a tender process for the exterior painting of the local community centre situated off the Link Road, Portarlington, Co Laois. The main objective of the painting of the Centre is to ensure the longevity and extend the lifecycle of the external appearance of the centre and to assist in the best presentation of our town in the tidy town’s competition.
The PCC is soliciting qualified persons or businesses in the painting industry to provide all labor, materials, transportation, equipment and supervision to perform work for exterior painting at the Portarlington Community Centre.
A safety statement and a safe system of work plan should be submitted with the tender response.
A detailed package of work to be performed along with specifications can be picked up at Portarlington Community Centre Office. Closing date 24th July 2015 at 5pm.
