Laois Athletics Downeys Suzuki Cross Country Championships

All athletics roads lead to Cappakeel Emo on Sunday next, October 10th, for the second day of the Laois Athletics Cross Country Championships, kindly sponsored by Downeys Suzuki.

The Day 2 Programme is the un-even ages and the Intermediate Womens and Mens Races.

The event takes place on the lands of Gerry Delaney, and it’s probably the first time the Laois cross country championships have come to Cappakeel.

Laois Athletics wish to sincerely thank Gerry and his family for the access to their farmland for this event.

The field is located at the roundabout on the Vicarstown side of the M7 Junction 15

The championships are being  hosted jointly by Emo Rath AC and Oughaval AC, the two neighbouring athletic clubs.
