Performance Anxiety in Sport talks for Teens.
This interesting session will be relevant for parents and sports people alike and will explain how to deal with performance anxiety and nervousness in sport and life, while it will also look at and explain the ‘Mayo Phenomenon’ in GAA. It will include Q&A opportunities afterwards. Keith Begley is a Sport Ireland Accredited sport psychologist, who has worked with numerous successful inter-county GAA teams and high performance athletes. On Wednesday October 11 @ 7pm.
