Well done to Martina Foster, Church View Portarlington who recently did the Dublin Half Marathon with her friends, and presented a cheque for €10,850 to the Kevin Bell Repatriation Trust, in memory of her husband Shane O’Neill who died tragically last December.

PORT CONCERT BAND
Portarlington Concert Band recently received an award from Offaly County Council to develop their own logo. Beta França, the Portarlington based artist was commissioned by the Band to design this logo. After 4-month consultative process the logo was recently finalized. The logo was unveiled when Portarlington Concert Band played at the Irish Derby in the Curragh recently. The Band would like to take this opportunity to thank Offaly County Council and Beta França for their support in this process.
