MEALS ON WHEELS
COLLECTION-The Meals on Wheels will have their collection at Supervalu & Centra Main St on next Friday May 5th & Saturday May 6th. Your generosity would be greatly appreciated.
WOMENS SHED
The very enjoyable Women’s Shed takes place at the Portarlington Community Centre every Thursday from 10.30am to 12.30pm. New members always welcome. Their 1st anniversary will take place on next Thursday May 4. All welcome.
CLUB MASS
O’Dempsey’s GFC will be holding their Club Mass for present, past, sick and deceased members of the club on Friday May 5, at 7.30pm in the Clubhouse. Refreshments will be served afterwards. Members past and present are welcome and encouraged to attend. Please spread the word to anyone you think may be interested.

Join this FREE 12-week exercise and health education programme for adults. Exercise classes will take place in the Portarlington Community Centre every Monday & Thursday from 9am-10am.

Sympathy
Deepest Sympathy to the family of Gabrielle Scully, Morette, Emo & Portlaoise, who passed away on Monday April 24. Gabrielle will be sadly missed by her sister Àgnes & brothers Louis & Joe, also by Bernie, Gail, Eamonn, Charlie & Oscar, extended family & friends. Funeral took place on Wednesday 26. May Gabrielle gentle soul r rest I Peace.

LOTTO-Laois Clubs combined Lotto draw takes place as usual, every Tuesday night. Next week’s Jackpot is €5,400. Tickets can be bought from club members or online via www.play.clubforce.com.

Portarlington Dinner Dance 2023 takes place at the Heritage Hotel Killenard on Sunday June 4. Doors open at 6.30pm for dinner. Music from 6pm to 7.30pm with Aidan Doyle. Medal presentation & guest speaker. Live band performance by the Seducers, with DJ till late. Tickets €45 and can be purchased from any Committee member. MC on the night Jack Nolan.
