MEALS ON WHEELS
Portarlington meals on wheels would like to thank all those (too numerous to mention) who donated to their Service. The generosity of people is overwhelming. In 2022 there was over 10,000 meals delivered. Thanks to the girls who cook & to the many volunteer delivery people. We remember the people who passed away during the year who volunteered to the service. May they rest in Peace.
O’DEMPSEY’S GFC MENTAL HEALTH & WELLBEING TALK
Frank Diamond from the charity ALPS, (All Lives Are Precious), will deliver a powerful talk on Mental Health, Wellbeing, Gratitude and Building Resilience on Friday January 20 at 8pm at O’Dempsey’s GFC Clubhouse. This is a community event that is open to both members and non-members, and we encourage you to attend.
