MADELEINE’S HATS

Portarlington lady Madeleine Hyland put her knitting skills to great use during the Covid lock down, by learning the skill of knitting baby hats.

In the past 2 years Madeleine has knit hundreds of hats for newborn baby’s in Portlaoise hospital. Madeliene is a resident with the Muiriosa Foundation and she is so proud of her achievement & she is also so proud of the letter she received from Staff Nurse Mairead Fogarty at Portlaoise hospital.

Well done Madeleine, your family and friends are so very proud of you.
