Portarlington Lions Clubs are holding a Table Quiz in The Barrow Lodge, French church Street on Friday October 29. Brush off the old cross words and dictionaries and share the knowledge at a fun evening with friends. Table of 4 is €40. Your support as always is appreciated.
BUDDING ARTISTS
MakePort have a fantastic workshop for this Mid-Term break for all those budding artists out there. David Butler is a local children’s book artist & comic book artist & book illustrator. David is hosting a comic workshop this midterm break at the Makerspace on Saturday October 30, from 12pm – 3pm. BINGO The Portarlington Social Services, Seniors Bingo has returned, every Wednesday night at 8.30pm in the Social Services Centre Link Road. Come along to a lovely Social night. SYMPATHY
Deepest Sympathy to the family of Michael Smyth, Droughill Portarlington & Palmerstown Dublin who passed away on Saturday October 9th. Michael was predeceased by his dear mother Maura. He will be sadly missed by his father Patrick, sisters, brothers, extended family & friends. Funeral Mass took place on Wednesday October 13 at St Philomena’s Church Palmerstown, with Cremation after. May Michael rest in Peace.
