WELLBEING DAY
We have a FREE wellbeing day at the Portarlington Community Centre for Men and Women, coming up on March 10, from 10am to 1pm. Over the course of 3 hours, participants will take part in lots of dancing, strength, conditioning and yoga, followed by some light refreshments.

C.P.R TRAINING
Free CPR training takes place at McGreal’s Pharmacy, Kilnacourt Portarlington on Tuesday March 7 at 7pm. Learn the basics of CPR by first responders & the best procedure to follow in an emergency. All ages of the public welcome.
PORT CONCERT BAND
Portarlington Concert Band are now recruiting adults for our Beginner Band. Instruments are free of charge and include the following, 1. Trumpets, 2. Trombones, 3. Saxophones,
4. Clarinets, 5. Flutes, 6. Percussion. Lessons available on weekdays. Rehearsals for Beginner Band on Saturdays 12pm to 1pm. Cost per lesson is €15. For further information contact Pat on 0838510428.

Deepest Sympathy to the family of Michael (Mick) Melia, St Brochan’s Park, Bracknagh who died on Thursday February 16. Mick was predeceased by his son Damien & brother Phil. He will be sadly missed by his loving wife Rose, family Mary, William, Michael, Imelda, Sadie Tabby, grandchildren, brother, sisters, extended family, neighbours & friends. Funeral took place on Sunday February 19. May Mick rest in Peace.
