Laois Woman World Champion

Congratulations to Laois Woman Olivia Cahalan who took the Gold Medal at the recent World Championships in Kettlebell Lifting in Seoul, South Korea recently. In the final she beat off stiff competition from German and U.S.A. competitors. Olivia is the daughter of Maureen and Chris Culleton, Ballyfin, Co.Laois. She now lives in Terryglass,Co.Tipperary with her husband John and her four children; Méabh, Clodagh, Áine and Jack. She is part of the Portumna Kettlebell Club. What a great achievement for this Laois Woman. It’s a proud day for Olivia, her family and her county. Isn’t it great to have a Laois Woman as World Champion.
