SETTLED WEEKEND AHEADMOSTLY DRY, SOME SUNSHINE

Please ShareOur weather for the coming weekend will be generally dry and bright with some sunny spells, but also some cloudier periods also with some scattered showers.
Tomorrow, Saturday will begin somewhat cloudy and overcast in the east as rain clears away. Some sunny spells will develop through the afternoon and evening, with just scattered showers in some areas. Winds will be light from a westerly direction, with cool conditions.
Sunday will be a mostly dry and bright day, more in the way of sunshine is expected on Sunday with light winds continuing. The best of the sunshine will be across the midlands, south and east, with the odd shower along the west coast.
The early days of next week look set to become very unsettled with heavy rain leading to some localised flooding at times. Fresh to strong winds are likely too, especially across the western half of the country.
Remaining cool overall with a risk of overnight frost when winds fall light and sky’s clear.
