LAOIS KAYAK & CANOE CLUB:

Paddlefest 2015: Don’t forget bookings for Paddlefest close on 26th August. It’s a great event for families. Several LKCC families have been over the past few years, newcomers welcome. If you want static accommodation (not camping) you need to book quickly!

We were delighted to be involved with both the Teen Zone and the duck race at the Scarecrow Festival and an enjoyable nights kayaking and duck racing was had by all. Thanks also to everybody who supported us at the festival in our Bring and Buy sale raising funds for the club.
Level 2 Kayaking Course:

Our level 2 kayaking course continues at the Mass Lough in Ballinakill. Week 2 saw a huge improvement in kayaking with a sprinkle of sunshine thrown in for good measure. The course continues for the next few weeks at Ballinakill.
