Laois Heritage Week Update

‘Irish History Live’ show returns to Laois libraries on 25 August. It will begin at 10am in Mountrath, 11.45am in Rathdowney and 2.30pm in Durrow. The event is a fun, interactive history show where children get to dress up in costumes and use museum-quality replicas of historical artefacts. Each show is 1 hour long.

Contact individual libraries to book, as booking is essential. The age group most suitable for the show is 6-12 year olds. See Laois Libraries or phone 057-862 2333 for further details.
