The Laois Heritage Society Presents…………..
George Cunningham (Pres. Roscrea Heritage Society) on April 27th, in the Heritage Hotel, Portlaoise at 8pm.
George will give an illustrated talk on ‘The Round Towers of Ireland with particular attention to Timahoe and other south midland towers’. He has published extensively on Early Medieval Ireland especially with regards to Monastic settlements.
