‘Future Watch’: Laois Coderdojo News

Laois Coderdojo sees its sessions back on track from Saturday 26th, Monday 28th September & Wednesday 30th. The reason for pushing this out a little longer is that they’ve a two big events coming up the first of which is the Family Fun Day & Market on the 20th which as a fundraiser to help us met the increased bills etc. going forward.  They really need your support for that.  The second which is really great for them off the back of the work they’ve been doing with the CoderDoJo Foundation over the summer is they’ve been asked to represent the Foundation on the CoderDojo Stand at the Ploughing Championships.

Going forward, off the back of the four extremely successful Summer Camps, Laois Coderdojo are going to limit each session to 30 kids only and introduce a much more controlled variation to the sessions which will be run by the three dedicated mentors they have also secured over the summer.  In order to establish the 30 children for each session Laois Coderdojo would like to ask everyone to re-register because the original spreadsheet has become corrupted and therefore this needs to be redone and in the process allows us the opportunity to compile the primary and waiting lists of children.

Please don’t hesitate to re-register your child/children at the following link http://goo.gl/forms/TXoETDvQpe and given every session will be via invitation only this will be the only way to confirm your child’s attendance.

Laois Coderdojo looks forward to seeing you all hopefully on the 20th at the Family Fun Day or the Ploughing Championships.

Regards

Darren
