CONCERT: A fundraising Concert in aid of Laois Down Syndrome and the Lourdes Invalid Fund featuring Mr Paddy O’Brien and Guests will be held in St Canice’s Church, Clough, Ballacolla on this Sunday 17th September. THE BEGADON FORGE: The Historical Heritage Visit Booklet can now be bought in locally in Lawlor’s Gala, Daybreak and Bob’s Bar. Price €2 each or three for €5.

WHIST: Killermogh Whist Drive will resume on Thursday, September 28th at 8.30pm in the Parochial Hall, Cork Rd, Durrow. All are most welcome to come and enjoy a nice friendly game of Whist.
