Culture Night in Laois

The Library will be celebrating Culture Night on September 22nd at 7pm with a very special author event. Helena Duggan, author of “A Place Called Perfect” will be giving a reading and there will also be some crafting and perhaps, some treats! The event is suitable for children over 9. The book itself has been chosen as the Children’s Book of the Month for Waterstones and Eason’s bookshops, is one of the books chosen by Tom Fletcher for the new WHSmith book club and is currently number 7 in the Children’s book charts in the UK. Book a place soon before the event fills up!
