Junior Football
Courtwood’s junior C team got off to a good start in their ACFL Division 5 league campaign on Wednesday last when they travelled to Barrowhouse and came away with the points after a 1-15 to 0-4 win.
With a first half breeze at their backs, Courtwood led 1-13 to 0-1 at half time but failed to match that performance in the second half adding only 1-2 to their tally.
