Big Grants for Laois Heritage Groups
The 2015 Community Heritage Grants Scheme from the Heritage Council resulted in great success for a large number of Laois groups. This success is testament to the hard work and commitment of these people working at voluntary level in their communities over the past number of years to protect, conserve and present all our heritage. Well done everyone.
Commiserations to groups that were unsuccessful – the competition this year was very tight, with less than a third of the projects submitted nationally getting funding.
