Committee members attended the Tidy Town’s regional awards in Skerries last week to receive a bronze award on behalf of all in the Clonaslee community who gave of their time, support and advice to make our village a nice and better place to live in.

Rosenallis/Kilcavan Athletics Club
Competition for the younger athletes, on Sunday December 13th – Nenagh Indoor Stadium
The Sportshall Event, originally scheduled for Portarlington on December 13th, was cancelled.
Many of the younger athletes were really looking forward to it, they had a great day last year at the inaugural event.
To avoid too much disappointment, we will go to Nenagh instead. The programme will commence at 12:30, and we will do a sprint, a distance and some relays – nothing too complicated.
This programme is for athletes who are too young for the 4-County Event the previous day.
This Nenagh programme will cater for athletes born in 2003, 2004, 2005, 2006, 2007, 2008.
Charge is €2 each, to cover some of the costs.
Anyone interested in competing please text before Friday and we”ll get you entered.
Club Jackets
The first delivery of our new club tops and jackets has arrived. Those who ordered will be offered the first batch. We are short a couple of sizes so it will be first come first served. We can place another order after Christmas so everyone will be well kitted out for next year’s.
