St Stephen’s Day Walk

The countdown is on for this year’s Clonaslee St Stephen’s Day Walk.

Pilates in Clonaslee 

Fully qualified Pilates instructor available to do Pilates classes in Clonaslee depending on interest, own insurance, available for Classes in blocks of 6 – paid in full on first night €65. Pilates increases flexibility & mobility, tones muscles, flattens stomach, improves co-ordination and strengthens back.
If you have any medical issues or injuries please seek medical advise prior to course commencement. Par-q and consent forms must be filled out. Forms available prior to course start date. Rosenallis AFC

Rosenallis AFC have a number of places available on their u16 squad for any boys born in the years 2000 or 2001 from Rosenallis and the surrounding areas that are interested in playing soccer this season.
