Junior Band For Portarlington
The First night of Portarlington Concert Band is happening on Monday February 6 at 7pm in the Portarlington GAA Centre. Come along, all welcome.
Boys & girls age 9 years & older are invited to join. Instruments provided, which include Flutes, Clarinets, Trumpets, Trombones, Saxophones, Drums & Percussion & low Brass. Dancing continues every Monday night in The Gandon Inn, from 9.30pm to 11.30pm in aid of Portarlington St V de Paul. January 30-John & Terry. Come along for a great night out. Admission €7. All welcome.

Our annual Dinner Dance & medal presentation to our victorious Intermediate and U21 teams will takes place on Friday February 3 at 8pm in The Heritage Hotel Killenard. Deepest Sympathy to the family of Kevin McNellis formerly of Market Sq who passed away in Australia. Kevin has spent the last 29 years in Australia. He was predeceased by his father Paddy & only sister Ann. Kevin will be deeply missed by his loving wife Anne Marie, sons Ian, Christopher, & Declan, daughters Eimear & Kerry, his loving mother Marie (Pine Villa), brothers Colm, Brian & Ger, extended family & friends. Funeral took place in Australia. May Kevin rest in Peace.
