THANK YOU
The Committee of Portarlington Social Services/Meals on Wheels would like to thank Criona O’Brien Patrick St who organised a large group of people to climb Croagh Patrick recently to raise funds for the Meals on Wheels & the Port Tidy Towns. A total of €3,010 was raised & the 2 groups received €1,505 each on Sunday night July 31 in the Hawthorn Bar.
Meals on Wheels are always so grateful for donations to us. We could not keep going without people like Criona, the O’Brien family & all the people who climbed on the day and collected sponsorship. The people of Portarlington are always so generous to our organisation.

Top picture shows Criona O’Brien presenting a cheque to committee members Judy Ryan & Caroline Whitelegg from Port Tidy Towns. Bottom picture Criona with Ann Dunne from Port Social Services.
