Preparations are well underway for the biggest eco-friendly Santa experience in Ireland! The Santa Grotto at Solas is now open for bookings, offering a unique blend of festive cheer and sustainability. The grotto promises an enchanting family Christmas experience, combining the traditional wonder of the season with an eco-friendly twist. 

Nestled just an hour from Dublin, Solas Eco Garden Centre is turning into a Christmas Candy Cane Toy World, where twinkling lights, festive décor, and real Christmas animals combine to create an enchanting Christmas experience. What sets Solas apart is its unique focus on combining the charm of a traditional winter wonderland with an eco-friendly approach.

Santa arrives at Solas at the end of November and will be there every week until December 23rd, offering families a chance to create cherished Festive memories. With limited capacity and bookings filling fast, families are encouraged to book now to avoid disappointment.

A Sustainable Christmas Wonderland

Solas Eco Garden Centre, built on a once-derelict industrial site and crafted from recycled shipping containers, embodies co-founder David Maher’s vision of blending sustainability with community-driven entrepreneurship. The site has transformed into a thriving hub for eco-conscious living, featuring solar power, a wildflower meadow, and a commitment to green practices.

Now in its third year, the Santa Grotto at Solas is larger and more magical than ever, with the delightful theme of Christmas Candy Cane Toy World. Visitors will be enchanted by twinkling lights, vibrant displays, and real winter animals. Families can stroll through Santa’s Workshop, where elves are busy making toys, get involved in festive workshops and enjoy a heartwarming visit to the Christmas Crib, showcasing Santa’s animals.
